Machining Small To Large

Sliding Head Machining
BCW’s sliding head machining capability delivers highly efficient, lights-out production for small, intricate components used across automotive, aerospace and defence sectors. Our machines combine integrated bar feeders, advanced tool monitoring and high-speed cutting to achieve superior surface finishes and tight dimensional control.
This setup enables continuous, repeatable, high-volume output with minimal operator intervention. The result is a cost-effective, stable manufacturing process ideal for precision pins, shafts, fasteners and connector components.
Turning
BCW’s multi-axis turning capability provides precise, repeatable machining for simple and complex geometries across a wide range of materials. Equipped with live tooling, sub-spindles and automatic tool changers, our turning centres allow multiple operations to be completed in a single setup, improving accuracy and reducing handling time.
