When parts demand compound angles and intricate features, the Emmergi full 5‑axis twin head platform provides simultaneous operations and superior accuracy. Faro and Nikken portable CMMs provide flexible product inspection and reverse engineering through advanced 3D scanning. For dimensional accuracy, we operate a range of Hexagon Global CMMs, small to large running the latest PC DMIS software.

Large scale machining and fabrication are supported by Faro laser tracking systems, while material integrity is verified using Instron tensile testing for pre‑bonding surface treatments.
